Tuliwahi kuzungumzia kuhusu wanawake wanaokumbwa na tatizo hili la kuvimba kwa mirija ya uzazi na tukawasihi kwamba wanaweza kutumia mti wa mlonge ili kutatua tatizo hili la kuvimba kwa mirija ya uzazi, lakini kwa ufupi tu wangepata kujua ni jinsi gani wanaweza kukumbwa na tatizo kama hili:

Vyanzo vya tatizo la kuvimba kwa mirija ya uzazi ya mwanamke ni kama vile:
Kukumbwa na bakteria mbalimbali sehemu za siri, lakini hili kwa upande mmoja linaweza kuwakuta watu ambao si waaminifu sana kwenye uhusiano wao au kuwa na wapenzi zaidi ya mmoja.
Pia kuna magonjwa ya zinaa ambayo mara nyingi yanapokaa kwenye mwili kwa muda mrefu pasipo kupata matibabu, pia husababisha tatizo hili la kuvimba kwa mirija ya uzazi.Pia kupata fangasi kwenye shingo ya kizazi cha mwanamke na ikakaa kwa muda bila kupata matibabu basi nayo inaweza kuchangia mtu kupatwa na tatizo hili.
Hivyo basi kama unapatwa na dalili kama hizo za maumivu chini ya kitovu, uchovu wa mwili kupita kiasi, kutopata hamu ya kushiriki tendo la ndoa, maumivu ya kiuno kupita kiasi, hali ya kutokwa na uchafu katika sehemu za siri za mwanamke, endelea kuwa nasi na tutakuelezea nini mlonge unaweza kukufanyia kuondoa tatizo hili japokuwa mimea tiba ipo mingi inayosaidia kuondoa tatizo hili.
Tatizo lingine linaloweza kuondolewa na mmea huu wa mlonge kwa mwanamke ni pamoja na;
ii. Kuna tatizo hili la Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases (PID), hii mara nyingi ni ile hali ya kuvimba kwa kuta za mji wa mimba wa mwanamke lakini pia huambatana na kuvimba kwa mirija ya uzazi ya mwanamke, kama tulivyozungumza katika makala iliyopita kwamba mlonge husaidia sana magonjwa yanayofahamika kama Inflammatory na ile hali ya kuvimbavimba kwenye mwili wa mwanamke sasa tatizo hili la PID ndilo tatizo linalogusia mambo hayo yote.
DALILI ZA PELVIC INFRAMATORY DISEASES (PID)
Mtu ambaye amepima na akakutwa na tatizo hili atakuwa na dalili zifuatazo;
Atakuwa na ile hali ya kupatwa na maumivu makali sana wakati wa hedhi, na hii huweza kumpata mwanamke hata kama anakuwa ameshajifungua na maumivu makali wakati wa hedhi tunaita Dysmenorrheal.
Kama tunavyojua ipo Primary Dysmenorrheal ambayo ni maumivu makali sana wakati wa hedhi kwa mwanamke ambaye bado hajapata mtoto, lakini Secondary Dysmenorrheal ni ile hali ya kupatwa na maumivu makali sana wakati wa hedhi kwa mwanamke ambaye tayari ameshapata mtoto au watoto.
Tutaendelea wiki ijayo kwa kuwaelezea zaidi dalili za tatizo kama hili la PID na jinsi gani mmea huu wa mlonge unavyoweza kukusaidia kuondoa tatizo hili kwa wanawake.

Katika makala haya tutazungumzia mambo ya kuzingatia kabla ya kuamua
kubeba mimba, siyo kila mwanamke anaweza kubeba mimba kwa sababu wengine
huwa na matatizo katika mfumo wao wa uzazi, aidha homoni zao hazifanyi
kazi vizuri na mayai hayazalishwi au hayapevuki. Huenda pia mirija ya uzazi imeziba au ana matatizo ndani ya kizazi.
NINI CHA KUFANYA?
Ni vyema upange sasa unataka kuwa mjamzito au mwezi fulani unataka kushika mimba, uwe na mpango. Hata hivyo, hakikisha umri wako upo zaidi ya miaka 20 kwa usalama zaidi wa afya yako. Mshirikishe mwenzi wako na mwambie ungependa upate ujauzito, siyo vizuri kushtukiza kwani inaweza kukupa ‘stress’ wewe mwenyewe au mwenzako endapo mmoja wenu hajajiandaa kisaikolojia.

Hakikisha una afya njema, huna magonjwa sugu kama kisukari, shinikizo la damu, magonjwa mengine ya moyo, kansa, HIV, kifafa, pumu, siko seli au grupu lako la damu ni RH negative.Endapo una matatizo haya hapo juu, basi haraka wasiliana na daktari wako wa masuala ya uzazi akupe ushauri kwani magonjwa mengine yatakusumbua wakati wa ujauzito, au magonjwa yenyewe yatamwathiri mtoto. Hakikisha huna magonjwa au matatizo katika viungo vya uzazi, mfano kutokwa na uchafu ukeni wenye muwasho na harufu mbaya, vipele au vidonda sehemu za siri, maumivu wakati wa tendo la ndoa, kutokwa na damu au usaha ukeni. Vile vile mfumo wako wa uzazi uwe vizuri, matatizo katika mfumo wa uzazi ni kama vile maumivu ya tumbo chini ya kitovu, kuvurugika kwa mzunguko wa hedhi, kutopevusha mayai na kukosa hamu ya tendo la ndoa.

Epuka unywaji wa pombe na uvutaji wa sigara, hili hata kwa mwanaume anayetaka mtoto. Mwanamke kabla ya kuwa mjamzito hakikisha unakula sana mboga za majani ili upate kiwango kizuri cha vitamin ya Folic Acid, ni vema ule sana mboga za majani au upate virutubisho vya Folic Acid. Endapo hutakuwa na kiwango kizuri cha Folic Acid, kuna hatari ya kuzaa watoto wenye matatizo.
MAZOEZI
Fanya mazoezi mepesi mara kwa mara ili kuimarisha nyonga na viungo vyako vingine na usipate matatizo wakati wa kujifungua. Pata ushauri wa daktari kipindi muafaka.
YANAYOKWAMISHA UJAUZITO
Matatizo yanayoweza kukusababishia usipate mimba ni kutofahamu siku za kupata mimba, kuziba mirija ya uzazi.Pia uwepo wa uvimbe ndani ya kizazi na kwenye vifuko vya mayai. Uvimbe wa aina hii unaweza kutibika kwa dawa na ukaisha au kwa njia ya upasuaji, inategemea na daktari wako atakavyoona na kuamua. Kwa upande wa wanaume wanaojiandaa kuwa wazazi, ni vema umjulishe mpenzi wako sasa unataka mtoto au lini unataka mtoto. Tibu magonjwa yanayoathiri mfumo wa uzazi, mfano maumivu ya korodani, maumivu ya njia ya mkojo, upungufu au ukosefu wa nguvu za kiume. Kutoa manii mepesi sana kiasi kwamba baada ya tendo la ndoa manii zote zinatoka ukeni.

Faida za Tikiti Maji Kiafya.

maji ni miongoni mwa vyakula hivyo. Kwanza ule mchanganyiko wa rangi
